Latest Update AISSEE 2024 e-Counselling New Schedule Released: The New Schedule of AISSEE 2024 Counselling has been released. Now candidates can fill their choice till 31 March 2024. The result of Seat allocation will be declared on 7 April 2024. The Last Date for Accept Allotted School is 10 April 2024.

Latest Update Sainik School e-Counselling 2024: First Round Counselling of Sainik Schools Admission 2024-25 Last Date has been revised again. Now Last date is 26th March 2024 at 2355 Hrs. Candidates can submit their Registration & Choice Filling Form till 31st March 2024 at 2355 hrs. As you know that, The Round 1 of Sainik school e-counselling process has been begun from 15th March 2024. Due to server problems, the nta has changed the last date of e-counselling three times. Now all qualified Students can submit their registration and choice filling till 31st March at 2355 hrs. On the behalf of Sainik School Society, the National Testing Agency – NTA is responsible for conducting the e-counselling process of AISSEE 2024.

Latest Update Sainik School Admission e-Counselling 2024 Last Date Changed Again: e-counselling last date has changed. The New date is 31 March 2024 at 23:55. Now applicants can submit their Registration & Choice Filling form till 31th March at 2355 hrs.

Latest Update Sainik School Admission e-Counselling 2024 Schedule OUT: The Last Date of Registration and Choice Filling to Admission in Sainik School is 31 March at 2355hrs. Interested candidates can submit Round 1 Registration and Choice Filling from thro official website of AISSAC. Admissions in Sainik Schools and New Sainik Schools will be completed through e-Counselling mode only. Registration and Choice Filling for candidates is in progress from 15 March to 31 March 2024. Sainik School Admission E-counselling 2024:  Important Instructions

  1. E-Counselling registration for candidates will commence on 15 March 2024 at 2210 hrs.
  2. AISSEE 2024 qualified candidates will only be able to sign in after registration.
  3. Schedule for registration uploaded. Registration and choice filling will be conducted from 15 March to 31 March 2024.
  4. Confidentiality of Password is solely the responsibility of the candidate and all care must be taken to protect the password.
  5. Candidates can take a printout of the final locked choices for their reference.
  6. For security reasons, after finishing your work, kindly click the Sign Out button and close all the windows related to your session.
  7. Candidates are advised to keep changing the Password at frequent intervals.
  8. Never share your password and do not respond to any mail which asks you for your Sign in-ID/Password. SSS does not request for such information by email.

AISSEE 2024 Result and Score Card 2024 Released: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released AISSEE 2024 Result and Score Cards for Admission in 33 Sainik Schools (ESS) and 40th New Sainik Schools (NSS) in class 6th and 9th. All Appeared candidates can check their AISSEE Result 2024 and Score Cards through Application Number/ Date of birth/Roll Number and Name. NTA has published Score Cards in PDF File. Sainik Schools and New Sainik Schools Admission 2024- 25 ~e-Counselling Link

  1. Admissions in Sainik Schools and New Sainik Schools will be through e-Counselling mode only.
  2. Candidates are required to register themselves at https://mes.ncog.gov.in/sainikschoolecounselling to move to the next stage of the process for admission to Sainik Schools and New Sainik Schools through e-counselling.

About to New Sainik Schools (NSS) : Ministry of Defence (MoD) has approved setting up of 35 new Sainik Schools (19+16), in partnership with NGOs/private schools/State Governments. 19 New Sainik Schools has started from Academic session 2022-23 and rest 21 NSS from 2024-25. These schools will be set up in the initial round of the Government’s initiative of setting up of 100 new Sainik schools across the country in partnership mode. They will be distinct from the existing Sainik Schools. These type of Sainik Schools are called New Sainik Schools (NSS).

Sainik School Admission 2024-25~List of New Sainik Schools {Approved}

Ministry of Defence (MoD) has released the list of 40 New Sainik Schools on its official website @ https://exams.nta.ac.in/AISSEE/images/sainik-school-new-sainik-school-list.pdf. 40 new Sainik Schools is also available on sainikschool.ncog.gov.in. All aspirants can check State/UT-wise list of 40 approved new Sainik Schools in given below table in the last in this page.

In this 40 Approved New Sainik schools (NSS), Admission will be done on the basis of AISSEE 2024-25 {All India Sainik schools Entrance examination 2024-25}. AISSEE 2024-25 was conducted by NTA on 28th January 2024 and the the AISSEE Result 2024 & NTA Scorecard of appeared candidates have released on 13 March 2024.

New Sainik Schools (NSS) Admission Process 2024-25
There are two channels of admission to approved NSS (40 Approved New Sainik Schools) which is given below:
Channels-Ist- 40% route: Minimum 40% of the seats under the Sainik School stream in approved New Sainik Schools(NSSs) will be filled on the basis of the rank secured in the AISSEE 2023 (All India Merit List of AISSEE 2023). Candidates note that Domicile/Category are not considered for this Merit List. Candidates can opt for any NSS in India, at the time of counselling.
Channels-2nd-60% route: Upto 60% of the seats in NSSs will be filled by those who are currently studying in any of the approved New Sainik Schools (NSSs). List of NSSs are given below in table. you can check. They will be filled on the basis of rank secured in School wise Merit List. Domicile / Category are not considered for this Merit List.

18 New Sainik Schools Admission 2024-25~ Eligibility

Admission are open in Approved New Sainik School only for class 6th for Boys and Girls both.

Age Criteria for All Candidates: Between 10-12 years of age, as on 31.03.2024 Should be born between 01.04.2012 and 31.03.2014 (Both days inclusive).

Qualification for 60% Route: Candidates should be currently studying in the NSS, where they are seeking admission. Passed/appearing in Class V, as on 31.03.2024.

Approved New Sainik schools Admission 2024 ~ Passing Marks (Qualifying Requirements)
A candidate is eligible for admission to the approved New Sainik Schools, if he/ she secures a minimum of 25% marks in each subject of the exam and 40% marks in aggregate of all the subjects of AISSEE 2024. This criteria is applicable to all candidates who wish to seek admission to approved New Sainik Schools including SC/ST candidates. Criteria of domicile/category are not applicable for admission to approved New Sainik Schools.

Merit List for 40% Route

Merit list will be prepared based on the marks secured in AISSEE 2024. It will be prepared on All India basis. Approved New Sainik Schools Admission will be based on the position in the All India Merit List.

Merit List for 60% Route

Merit list will be prepared based on the marks secured in AISSEE 2024. It will be prepared on school basis. Admission will be based on the position in the School wise Merit List.

Note: The preparing Merit List for approved New Sainik Schools, Domicile/Category will not be considered.

Approved New Sainik School Admission 2024-25: E-counselling Date, Rules Timeline
E-counselling for Sainik School admission has started from 15th March 2024 (official). All qualified students in AISSEE -2024, can apply for e-counselling through official website of E-counselling portal. E-Counselling process for approved NSSs will be held after the admission to SS is over. Details time-table will be given very soon.

Instructions for Registration to Sainik Schools Admission e-counselling 2024

  1. Sainik Schools Admission Process has been made online for the Academic Year 2024-25 through the online portal.
  2. All qualified candidates in AISSEE 2024 are required to register on the All India Sainik School Admission e-Counselling (AISSAC) 2024 portal for participation in e-counselling.
  3. As per official notice the registration process for AISSAC 2024 counselling Round 1st will commence from 15 Mar 2024 to 31 March 2024.
  4. Application Number of AISSEE 2024 will be required to candidates for registration on AISSAC 2024 portal. Therefore, those candidates has qualified AISSEE 2024 should be ready reference documents before start of AISSAC 2024.
  5. OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to the mobile number and email ID both registered during AISSEE 2024 registration on the NTA portal.   
  6. After entering OTP, candidates have to set their password. Thereafter, candidates need to sign in with their Application Number as their User ID and enter the password set by them. Candidates are advised not to share their password . 
  7. Upon successful sign-in, the candidate’s details will automatically be fetched from the database of AISSEE 2024 registration. 
  8. Candidates will be asked to reconfirm the details. Only after confirmation of details, the candidate’s registration will be considered successful.
